Caregiver Jobs: Work Experience Requirement Cut In Half In Canada

The Canadian government has recently announced a reduction in the work experience requirement for applicants in its Caregiver Pilot programs. The new requirements state that applicants must have at least six months of paid work experience in the past three years, down from the previous requirement of one year of work experience in the past three years.

• Must have work experience in anyone of these jobs, It can not be a mix of both the jobs.
• The candidate’s job matches the NOC job description, and they have performed most of the core duties.
• Full-time work is defined as at least 30 hours of paid work each week.
