Latest Express Entry draw: Increase ITAs and Check CRS Score

Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has maintained its 5th all-program express entry draw starting July 6.

Latest Express Entry

IRCC issued 2,750 ITAs, and the CRS Score cut-off was 516. Express Entry is one of Canada’s main immigration paths for skilled newcomers.

No schedule was established for this draw, representing Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) candidates who were eligible to be invited.

IRCC has stopped all event express entry draws for more than eighteen months starting from December 2020. During this time, only nominees suitable for permanent residency under the CEC or PNP were invited to apply. However, the CEC draw was also put on hold in September 2021.

What is Express Entry?

EE is an immigration system executed on 1 January 2015, by the Canadian Immigration Authority (IRCC) to manage skilled worker applications under federal economic programs.

It includes parts of the

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program
  • Canada Experience Class
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program
  • Provincial Nomination Program

Who was invited?

The 32-year-old has a master’s degree and has been performing as a software engineer for 5 years. He wrote IELTS and scored 8 marks in each category.

They have Express Entry Draw Results never performed or studied in Canada. He joined the EE pool as a federal skilled worker (FSW) with a score of 462. After obtaining provincial registration from Ontario, he noticed that his CRS score had moved up to 1062. Then he got ITA in the new EE draw.
